4. Refund Policy

4.1 Legal Services

Clients may request a refund within 7 days of contract if no substantive work has been performed. Requests should be submitted via our contact form or by phone at +14164721099. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.

For scheduled appointments that cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may reschedule at no extra charge if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

4.2 Information Products

Digital products are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed. To request a refund, contact us via contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days.

4.3 Goods

Clients may ship back goods in unused condition and receive a refund within 30 days of delivery. A shipping authorization must be obtained via our contact form. Refunds will be processed within 10 days after receipt.

5. No-Refund Services

Certain premium consultations and exclusive workshops are non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of expert resources and preparation of tailored materials. These services are clearly labeled as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
